Does it require to provide tax information at google adsense account for the person who lives outside USA?
I am a Bangladeshi. Am I required to provide tax information at my google adsense account? If yes, what type of tax information i should provide. I don't own any tax account. Please help me.

Many people have problems with google adsence. Truthfully, in order to earn any real money, your page views needs to be in the hundreds of thousands every day! Although you are making $0.00, So their might be a problem with your account. Try to get in contact with them and see if they can fix it for you!

I suppose you mean how many visitors you need to have before they will approve your account, right?
Well, there is no fixed number for that… A while ago, your website had to be at least 6 months old, and have "some" visitors, while lately I even heard people reporting that brand new websites with no visitors at all have been approved. I think that they will look at the overal look of your website, the target-audience, the content, and the topic.
You CAN use your adsense account to put up ads in any of your blogs or websites. There is no specific limit for the number of sites (or blogs) in which you can put Adsense ads.
But, be careful that you don't put up the ads in illegal or other kind of blogs or sites, which may result in cancelling of your account.
