There are so many posts like this that discuss this issue from both analysis and personal viewpoint. To debunk a few myths going around that people were banned for no reason and even more to the point that this account banning (over suspension really) completely and easily reversible provided there is no violation of the Terms of Service. In this post is a general guide that is easy to help anyone unfairly banned from the Google AdSense program, get back to their accounts. Remember this guide is for those who do not violate TOS of google.

The important thing is to reaffirm that you never violate TOS. That means you do not click on ads ever (even by accident) and doing another violation. Step 1:
Google Email – You can do this either by replying to the notification letter or use the online form.

- Check Spelling & Grammar. So many people put 10 seconds into the letter and not only them difficult to understand, they really hurt your credibility. Right or wrong, Google may be thinking “If this guy / girl cannot take the time to write properly an email to determine the fate of their accounts, whether they are really the type of publisher we want?”
Step 2:
Prepare Documentation – If you think you ban it because of traffic spikes, you gather logs and burn it to CD as a backup to your server. If there is a reason for the traffic, try to get a letter from Google.
Step 3:
Do not Give Up – Develop a regular schedule for Google email. Try to keep always a few pieces of information so that you can send email every day. Can take anywhere between 5-30 days to review what your goal here. If you give up after 2 days, do not expect an answer.
Step 4:
Do not Post about Your Experience to Public – A human review takes time so the board by posting all the details you can only hurt your case for recovery.
So if your account has been banned and you are sure you do not violate TOS, there hopes your account back with the full recovery of funds.
