For those of you who have read this blog for a while, you know about the hugely popular post I wrote some time ago titled “When Google banned an AdSense account?”
First, let me begin by saying that if your Google Adsense Account was banned because you are violating the Google Adsense Terms Of Service (TOS). You likely will not get your AdSense account unbanned.
However, if you feel unfairly banned Google Adsense account, here are 5 simple steps to follow that can help you get unbanned. This means that you have read the Adsense TOS, and has been determined without a doubt you do not violate the provisions of google.
Remember, most banned from vending machines, which may have errors on your adsense account. While you are sure not violate the provisions of google. Your goal now is to have a human review.
- Try and determine why your account banned. This is most important because you need to understand what still happened before you can collect evidence. Google does not intend to advise you and many times they will tell you that because of “Click” which can mean anything under the moon. I’ve heard of accounts banned due to a sudden increase in clicks for hitting a site from the Digg front page and because the previous owner of the domain has Adsense account banned.
- Contact Google Adsense team and be nice about it. If your email starts with “You Jerks at Google Account Banned for No Good Reason,” then you will not get unbanned until Hell freezes over. Your email must be very nice and not judgmental. Assume it was an honest mistake by Google, because it may have been very good.
- Giving Evidence from your Innocence. If you have a good idea why your Adsense is prohibited, offering to give it to Google. This could be everything from server logs, letters from hosting or file Whois. Be nice and polite to show Google where they went wrong.
- Have some people in Adsense patience. Not going to trip over them to your case. I’ll send you an email follow-up every two days or more, and check the status of human review. Remember to keep them nice and polite. You may also want to keep their offer to give evidence. Try and show you really want to help in the investigation.
- Persistence paid off. If you give up only after an email or two, then chances are you may never hear from them again.
Stay with email follow-up! Eventually they will get bored with you and also give Yes or No. Remember, patience is very necessary.
There is no guarantee that these tips will help. However, if you will struggle to get your account reactivated, this is a way to get started.
I can not stress this enough, read the Adsense TOS before you cry about getting banned. Once you find that your account is banned, it is not right time to familiarize yourself with Google Adsense TOS; this is the correct one habit.
You will be surprised to see things your account type may be prohibited. I’m always amazed at the people on the forums who have had their accounts banned because they did something against the TOS. Then they proceed to tell everyone that they “do not know.” And if you can not get unbanned your Adsense account, you can always use one of your Adsense account to another. Easy is not it?
